Ivan Kliun, 1915
Composition
Ivan Vasilievich Kliun was born in 1873 in the Vladimir province. In
the early 1900s, he visited Moscow private studios, since 1915, as a
follower of Malevichev's Suprematism, he participated in the "Last
Futurist Exhibition of Paintings 0,10", published a manifesto in its
catalog. From the end of the 1930s, Kliun unexpectedly began to
paint still lifes and landscapes of a realistic nature.
